StaffRock IT
We are part of a group of companies with more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
In 2013 we created Droptek, an AWS partner company, providing consulting and software development services in important projects that require excellent technological candidates.
Due to our knowledge of clients’ requirements and experience in IT we began to recruit professionals in the “Staffing” modality, hiring the candidates directly and making them available to the client.
The pandemic generated new paradigms in technologies creating a strong growth in remote work. This created a new boost in hiring professionals under the concept of Staff Augmentation, the possibility of having our own development teams without the need for a face-to-face workplace, resulted in another important saving for our clients.
We created STAFFROCK IT from a second round of investment after the growth of the area. Company 100% dedicated to providing staffing services of IT professionals.
Our trajectory and growth allowed us to position ourselves as one of the leaders in this sector, due to our IT training this helps us to understand the client’s needs and find the best professionals in IT.
